By booking a service with AutoFlex Mobile Detail (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“the customer,” “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Use of Vehicle Images on Social Media
By booking with AutoFlex Mobile Detail, you grant us permission to feature images of your vehicle on our social media platforms and in our marketing materials. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will ensure that all personal information, such as license plates and registration stickers, is blurred or hidden.
2. Responsibility for Personal Items
AutoFlex Mobile Detail is not responsible for any broken, lost, or misplaced personal items left inside your vehicle. While we take every precaution to collect and safely store any visible personal belongings before starting our service, we cannot guarantee that all items will be removed or protected. Personal items that remain in the vehicle may unintentionally be vacuumed or otherwise affected during the detailing process. We advise customers to remove all personal items before their appointment.
3. Price Adjustments Based on Vehicle Condition
The service price quoted at the time of booking is based on the information and photos provided by you. Upon arrival, we will inspect the vehicle to confirm its condition. If the actual condition of the vehicle differs significantly from the submitted photos, we reserve the right to adjust the service price accordingly. Any price adjustments will be discussed with you prior to commencing the service.
4. Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Liability Limitations
AutoFlex Mobile Detail carries appropriate insurance coverage to protect both our staff and our customers. However, we shall not be held liable for any pre-existing damages, mechanical or electrical issues, or any incidental damages resulting from normal detailing processes. Customers are responsible for informing us of any delicate or sensitive areas of their vehicle before the service begins.
6. Service Satisfaction
We strive to deliver the highest quality of detailing services. If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us before our team leaves the site, and we will address any reasonable concerns promptly.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
AutoFlex Mobile Detail reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective upon posting.
